Applying in IPU depends on the merit ,what merit you got and the minimum criteria to qualify.According to your rank it is a decent rank,therefore you may get a seat in the IPU main campus easily.After the merit list is announced you need to apply for counselling,fill the correct choices and the campus.Get the documents verified and your done.I hope it helped
