Yes, definitely you can get jobs after your Bachelor's as :

• Cardiac Care Technologist

• Cardiac Care Technician

• Echocardiographer

• Medical Sonographer

• Consultant Nephrologist

• Cath Lab Technologist

• Dialysis Technician

Though as a suggestion I would tell you to go for your Master's so that you can gain much experience and hence,higher salary.
