KIT Kanpur is not a well known college and you can easily get any of the seat in this college even if you haven't given the JEE mains, you can get direct admission. Earlier this college takes admission through UPSEE counselling but from this year AKTU scraps UPSEE exam of UP so you can take admission through JEE mains or you can take direct admission.
