Yes you will get a seat in KLE. Cutoff rank for mech in year 2018  for students belonging to 1G category was 31599. As you fall within the cutoff rank, you will get mech. You have clear chances of getting eee seat as there was no cutoff rank specified for 1G. Sorry but ece seat is not possible or you might have chance in 3rd round for ece as cutoff rank was 24986 in year 2018 . But yes you will definitely get a seat in KEL. Good luck!
