You have not mentioned about your category here. Anyways, assuming it to be general, after going through and amusing the previous years cut offs, you have a fair chance to get admission in BDS in a government college in UP, via 85% state quota reservation. Also, your score would hopefully cross the AIQ cut off for MBBS too. So, I would refer you to opt for both 85% state quota using your state domicile, as well as register yourself for the 15% AIQ counseling. All the best for your upcoming count process.

hello, according to previous year cut-off and ranking your marks will land you a rank somewhere between 1500-3000 which is a good one. you have a really good chance of getting a govt.seat in the state quota. all the best.
