With such a less score you cannot expect a MBBS or BDS seat through the AIQ.
If you are a domicile of the state then you can have chances.
As you are belonging to the reserved categories you may have better chances than general category.
If your score is compared to the last year cutoff you have  very few chances but the cutoff will change yearly.
