You have not mentioned the category you belong to so I am assuming you from general category

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 420 marks you may not get a seat in government medical college

For example,
In neet 2019, 523 marks for general category was lowest marks required to get a government medical college under Rajasthan state quota and it was for National Modern Medical Education and Research Institute (Government Medical College), Silvassa, Dadra & Nagar Haveli
You can go for private medical college and deemed universities

But yes with 420 mark you can get Government quota seats in private medical college.

For example,
In neet 2019, 410 marks for general category got a Government quota seat in Parul Institute of Medical Science and Research under Gujarat state quota
