I dont think so ! You will get State seats in Pvt Colleges though which charges lesser than the Management ones

However it is unwise to give you a proper detail as State Rank is not known !

You have not mentioned which college you are referring to.
With the rank you mentioned and UR category, you can get admission in only private colleges.
