The Government of Bengal has not yet confirmed whether or not a Spot Round will be conducted for WBJEE counseling.

I am assuming you belong to the General Category.

Last year, the cutoff rank for Mechanical Engineering in Jadavpur was 771 for the General category.

So, even if a spot round is conducted, your chances are LESS.
