With this score,your chances if getting admission in government medical college is very less in all indian quota and even in state quota.You do have chances in some private colleges(where you will have to pay lots of money ) and deemed universities.

Since you have got low score but reservation of hk is 70% , so you might have slight chances of getting admission.You can wait till 2 or 3 counselling or you can get it even in the mop up round.

Dear Shiva, you havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, 245 is a very less score for admission to MBBS even with Hyderabad Karnataka reservation. This year the cut offs have gone way too higher. To add on Karnataka is also an open State which means the demand is higher. 245 doesnt make to the cut offs.
