The cutoff varies every year so it would be tough to tell you the exact but with this score the chances seems to less to get a seat for 15% quota seats & state quota seats, It also depends which reserved category you belong.
But there is decent chance to get a seat in private colleges. You can also prefer the previous year cutoff of Karntaka colleges wise with the given below link.

Hi Prem
As per previous year trends, candidates do get admission to some of the government medical colleges of Karnataka under 85% State Quota, if belonging to reserved categories. If you could specify which category you belong to, then it would help in guiding you with the names of the medical colleges whose cutoff goes up to 350 marks in NEET. You can also check this article below to know more about the cutoff. Please note that the cutoff of previous years just helps for reference. It does not necessarily mean that the admission is guaranteed with a certain score as cut off varies with a change in the number of applicants, and the seats available for a particular academic session.
Colleges like Raichur Institute of Medical Sciences, Shimoga Institute of Medical Sciences and Belagavi Institute of Medical Sciences have considered reserved category students for admission whose score was around 350. For more information check this article below-
