It is very less certain that you can get admission in mit wpu and even any other colleges with such a low percentile in the jee mains exam. Also being a general boy also do not provide you some scope of getting admission in the colleges.

In my opinion you should statrt preparing for the further examinations and focus on your studies. Even if you get an admission in such a low percentile , I think the college might be either private or some other non reputed colleges. So instead of pursuing your degree from such an institution it is beneficial  for you to take a drop and prepare for the further examinations and try to get admission in some reputed institutions in the upcoming year.
