In JOSAA counselling two factors play a vital role. First is reservation category (OBC, SC or ST etc.) and another is home state quota and other state quota.
As your rank is above 2 lakhs if you are general category student and even if you are student od jharkhand then sorry to say you, you cannot get seat in BIT Mesra, even in 7th Round of counselling.

Unfortunately, it isn't possible to get into any course in BIT Mesra with a rank of 2 lakh or more for open category even in Home state quota. Though a SC/ST/Pwd certificate can bring you easily here.
