My jee rank is 2,11,245 I belongs to oc can I get seat in bit mesra in round 7

Unfortunately, it isn't possible to get into any course in BIT Mesra with a rank of 2 lakh or more for open category even in Home state quota. Though a SC/ST/Pwd certificate can bring you easily here.
