No, you can't secure a seat in IIIT using AP EAMCET scorecard. JEE Main exam, which is conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA), is an entry level exam to get into NITS, IIITs and CFTIs and to get into premier institutes as IITs, JEE Advanced marks are taken into account respectively.
