The rank which you have got in ST category is not so good which as mentioned is7000.And with this rank you will not get an admission into a good branch in a good NIT or a good branch in a good IIIT,but surely you will get an admission into any other government college.And according to the statistics and the closing rank of the past years you will surely get into the college which you have mentioned.Thank You
