Yes, dear, you are welcome to apply as a lateral candidate at VIT or any other engineering college. But, you forgot to mention your diploma stream. However, for lateral admission to VIT, your diploma college must receive AICTE approval, and your diploma marks must be at least 45 percent. And nothing is directly admitted to have happened. You must pass the VITEEE exam before you may move forward. You must enrol there after all of this.
