Since you have not mentioned your category, it will be a little difficult to tell whether you will be able to get a ETCE seat in VSSUT, Burla or not. Anyways, basing on your performance and if we estimate from the last year cutoff trend category wise according to the branch of your choice, then it will be as follows-

• General- 250405
• EWS-250405
• PWD- 250405
• OBC-250405

So, if we estimate on your performance and the cutoff from last year, then maybe you will be eligible to get a seat. Anyways, it is a rough estimation, so keep yourself updated and wait for the cutoff results and check whether you managed to pass above the minimum qualifying range. If you manage to qualify, then you will be eligible for admission.
