No, if you are a general category student, you can not get B.Arch in SPA Delhi as the cutoff for this college for general students lie between 1 and 900 at max. At your rank, you will probably get a handful of private colleges, not SPA Delhi. Start applying for other colleges and do not wait for SPA's cutoff.
