Now, coming to your query, Yes obviously you can get most of the top colleges in Delhi University in 2nd or 3rd or maybe even in 1st cutoff list with 90% marks. Well the cutoffs can vary according to the number of applications and for every colleges it is different still you will definitely get any good college in DU with this score.
