The eligibility criteria of Army Wing of NDA is passed 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized board, on the other hand for Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy and for the 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at the Indian Naval Academy, candidates must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics and Physics from a recognized board, those appearing in 12th standard too are eligible to apply, so to answer your question coming from commerce background you are eligible for only Army Wing.
