MBA is a post graduation course and to get admission in that you need to first complete your graduation from any college or university in any stream or field. Without graduation, you cannot do post graduation from any of the IIMs or any of the college.

Taking a 1-year drop for doing graduation won't affect your selection process at all in IIM Indore but this drop after needs to be for doing graduation, not post-graduation. If you are really interested in doing MBA so make sure that you have good pointers or percentage in graduation because, in almost all the college 10th, 12th and graduation percentage are used as a parameter for selecting students.
