hi. is a dyslexic student eligible for PWD quota at IIm Indore ( 5 year integrated course).
Hello Dear,
The Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) that conduct CAT have refused to accept dyslexia as a disability that would qualify him for reservation in admission, among other benefits. According to Person with Disabilities (PwD) Act 2006 and according to it, a person must not have disabilities less than 40%. The categories of disabilities considered under the Act are as follows:
- Blindness and low vision.
- Deaf and hard of hearing.
- locomotor disability including cerebral palsy, leprosy cured, dwarfism, acid attack victims and muscular dystrophy.
- autism, intellectual disability, specific learning disability and mental illness.
So according to the last point mentioned above, you are eligible and might get admission in pwd category if you meet the requirements of scores and cut-off and if you fulfill the criteria.
Good Luck
I have scored around 90.25% in my 10th and I have scored 82% in my 12th but in B-tech I have scored only 58.5%. So if I get into a decent B-School (as Im planning to write CAT) will my previous academics effect during the placements in B-Schools?
Master of Business Administration or MBA is a two year post-graduate programme offered by many institutes in India. However, the admission for the same is not done just on the basis of your 10th, 12th and graduation marks but rather on various other factors like score in mba entrance, performance in GDPI/ WAT rounds, and work experience. Also these marks are not only relevant at the time of placement but also at the time of admission. But if you work hard and try scoring a percentile above 95 in CAT then you can get into good bschools of india. For top IIIMs try getting a percentile as high as possible.

Good luck

IIM Indore provided bachelor of arts + MBA integrated course is this correct
No, there is not any such course provided in IIM indore. The only Integrated program is offered is IPM which is a five year integrated program in which is a combination of BBA+MBA
Hi what is iim indore mba lowest package(2019 or 2020) I have heard package for ipm students are low
Hey,
THE IPM program is a five year program conducted by IIM Indore. IIM Indore is one of the top B- School and the placement of IIM Indore for the IPM program is I would say above average as the average salary in 2019 was around 15 lakhs. From the past three year it has been seen that the placement package in IPM program is successively increase and might increase in future as well. I guess 15 lakhs package is quite decent at the beginning.
Hope that helps.
Thank you.

Hi Is it possible to job in England with iim indore or Ahmedabad mba degree (not talking about campus placement)
Hellow Rn,
Yes it absolutely possible to get a job abroad after earning an MBA degree from any good college not just from IIMs , because MBA opens a lot of job opportunities. In your case a job in London is also possible provided you equip yourself for that. Understand the job market there, do research on what type of career you need , job position and companies you want to work for and such. Use job searching platforms like Linkedin and keep up a good network with London based employers, contact them, stay connected with the job offer updates of your desired company. Do internships with job offers upon completion in companies based on London. Acquire skills that your desired job demands by doing valid and highly accredited certificate courses from London Universities or any other reputed universities, to improve your chances and make you stand out from other job applicants. I hope , there is no need to explain on improving communication skills. Also more importantly look at the salary growth as a UK salary may seem good when you are in India but will not match with the cost of living there, so choose wisely.
Hope this helps.
Hi I have been shortlisted for for ipm iim indore and they have asked me to send a 3min video answering questions given by them, will there be any further interview or was it a substitute for interview and any Idea when will I able to know that I have been selected for the course
Hey ,
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it's quite difficult at this point of time to call students for the personal interview. So IIM Indore for their IPM program has replaced the interview part with this video message in which students are required to send their videos answering the question asked. The selection of students will be done on the basis of this instead of the Personal Interview.
Hope that helps
Thank you.
