Yes, with 85.48 Percentile being from GEN, you have fair chances in securing CET Bhubaneshwar in either of Textile, Civil or Instrumentation Branches. I would advise you to work harder over the next few attempts of JEE Main and target anywhere above 92-93 Percentile for Better Branches and Counselling Prospects at CET Bhubaneshwar.
