Your rank has gone a bit low and believe me your region is a bit high scoring region where people usually get very good marks and so, it happens to the cut-off of different colleges in your state, the cut-offs rise pretty high.

So it will be very very difficult to get a MBBS seat.dont get disappointed. Try hard and score better in another attempt. it is a personal suggestion.
