Consession in fee is not provided. However, scholarship is provided to toppers of each State Board and  Central Board and candidates with rank under 1000 in the VITEEE exam.

You should prepare well and aim to score a good rank in the exam to avail scholarship.

no,there will be no fee concession based on your viteee rank.

the state and district toppers will get fee concession in their academic fee.

after the viteee exam, you'll be fall into different category of rank.if you score high then there'll be option of getting schlorships (for economically poor students).

Giving concession to students depends completely upon the college or universities he/she is applying to. So you must contact the university itself for asking about if they would allow any concession due to economical conditions. But yes universities do provide scholarships to meritorious students on every stage of their academic course.
I would suggest that you please contact the university itself.
