Hello, I am from Patna I gave exam of viteee from patna but due to some reason i will ve in delhi. Can i attend counselling from Delhi??

The counseling of VIT usually takes place in the VIT branches in Vellore, Chennai, AP, and Bhopal. You could go to any of these places for your counseling. People with more than one lakh rank have to go to VIT Bhopal only. You have to go in any of these branches for the counseling process.

They usually are in the main administration blocks of all the branches.

The process of counseling is pretty smooth in college. Just follow the steps what VIT tells you, the process becomes simpler, keep the documents all ready so that no issues happen on the spot.
