As per your question, yes you can join LLB or BCA or any other courses. However as you have already done BA, you can join in LLB for the 3 year period and complete the course. I suggest you not skip the course and join other course in the middle of nowhere.

Hope you are doing well ! Yes you may pursue the dual degree before 2-3 years ago ugc has allowed to do dual degree simultaneously but their timings should not be clash . However this may require significant time management skills and dedication, as you will have to handle the workload and requirements of both programs simultaneously.. so please be careful and think before taking any decision as this is very tough to do both .
