Yes you can join in llb without lawcet but in management quota and fee structure is also same, but by writing entrance exam u may get a seat in good colleges.

No you can't join with out taking the entrance exam. You have to appear national level or state level law exam and have to qualify it to take an admission. You have to prepare according prior to the exam to take a law exam.

You have studied software courses then you should give engineering entrance and go to a stream where you can use or implement what you have studied now.

If you are interested in law then you have to give the entrance and qualify all the screening test.
