The eligibility criteria to pursue 3 years llb course  is that you need to have a under graduate or post graduate degree from a recognised university with minimum aggregate marks as per the recruitment of the particular Institute. there is few colleges available which offer llb course on evening

No you can't join with out taking the entrance exam. You have to appear national level or state level law exam and have to qualify it to take an admission. You have to prepare according prior to the exam to take a law exam.
