Yes , you are eligible for NDA examination with 12th commerce but only for army and not for navy and Airforce

This is because,

For army, you need 10+2 qualification in any stream but for navy and air force it is mandatory to have maths and physics in 10+2.

• For army :- you need educational  qualification of 10 + 2 in any stream .

The eligibility criteria for NDA is that

For Army Wing of NDA Exam:The student should have pass certificate in 10+2 exams via recognized board or a University.

For Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy and for the 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at the Indian Naval Academy: Candidates should have passed Class 12th exam in the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics.

So you can apply for army wing
