Hey Siddhartha,

Yes you can join in colleges without qualifying, few colleges accept management quota, and in few colleges all the seats are not filled in counselling, so you can join in those colleges without aby management fee

Yes.u have option to join in engineering colleges .there will be a counseling session for them also.
