Hello Aspirant,

No you cannot migrate your college in 3rd year. Migration is allowed only in first and second year of the college. You can contact your college authorities and du sol authorities for any further information.. Also I'll like to suggest you that if you have already passed two years of your college from a regular college that too from delhi university, it's a total waste if you migrate to sol.. Regular degrees are always  given more value than a DU sol degree.. So think wisely and only then take a decision..
