NEET is the common gate to the medical course except AIIMS and JIPMER. You have to give only NEET to become eligible for applying in the medical colleges of Karnataka. You have to sit for only one exam that is NEET UG. Then you can apply to private institues of Karnataka for councelling purposes through your NEET score and rank. Separate counseling will be held.
