As you have domicile of Rajasthan therefore it means Rajasthan is your home state. That means you'll be applying to Rajasthan Counselling through Home state quota. NEET counselling for 85% state quota seats and state private medical colleges are done through respective state counselling authorities. As your home state is Rajasthan, Rajasthan Counselling Authority will conduct the admission process. You can't apply to other states with Rajasthan Domicile cause each and every state has their own domicile rule and you can't apply to each state as your home state.
