Hope you are doing well. The domicile of state will be applicable only in the state you belong to. You cannot take admission in any other state through state domicile in 85% state quota  but you can apply for all India counseling in 15% state quota .

The state in which you can apply for 15% counseling is :-

Karnataka
Rajashthan
Uttar pradesh
Uttrakhand
Delhi
Punjab
Bihar
Etc.
