Yes, if you can manage in studying your college
Syllabus as well as neet syllabus then you can go for doing graduation while studying neet Instead of drop.

But if you have a goal of entering into medical field, then going for graduation course have no use, your fees and time will be wasted.If you have a goal of entering into medical, then you can take a drop and Focus more on a single study and can score best.

But if you have no perfect goal of entering into medical or any graduation course.  Then you can opt for your graduation course
