See, if you choose btech in civil engineering and also get a good college which offers good placement opportunities then you must join that. Otherwise you can go for ssc cgl preparation, it doesnot matter if you choose bsc or btech as your main aim is to prepare for ssc cgl, where you will get good income, good post(possibly) and less busy schedule.
