Rushali, NEET doesn;t have separate reservation for PWD, It is a horizontal reservation within your Category. For example,if you belong to General Category and you have PWD quota, you are eligible for UR-PWD reservation. Under Benchmark disabilities, upto 40% visual impairment is eligible for PWD reservation. So, yes with 40% visual impairment, you can avail PWD reservation. You should get a Medical certificate regarding the same from any District Medical Hospital. If you are attending the counselling, you should get yourself assessed at any one of the Disability Assessment Centres for authentication.
