For getting a private medical college you have to apply yourself for AIQ only. NEET official will soon release a portal for AIQ counseling where you'll find an option for Deemed Universities as well. For the application they ask you to pay 2 lakhs initially. And then you'll be asked to choose the private colleges you want to take. Keep them as your priority regardless of whatever state you belong to. Also, you can apply for both deemed and government together. Both the portals are different and have different applications.
