Dear Nani, Lets say you have participated in Round 2 as well and you secured a seat, but you have rejected it, the refundable security deposit will be refunded. After the entire process of the counselling is over, MCC will release a list of candidates who are eligible for refund of security deposit and within 15 days from the release of the list, candidated will be refunded the amount to the same bank account from which the payment has been made from. mam in FAQS it written as"exit with forfeiture" in round 2 who reject the seat .it means my 2lakhs wil be taken as penalty
