Hi pal.

According to the syllabus of MSc physics entrance it only requires physics topics such as kinematics, mechanics ,general properties of matter ,electricity and Magnetism, wave  Optics ,oscillation and waves ,thermodynamics, modern physics or you can say all the syllabus of 11-12 th physics.

Hope this will help you.

Good luck.

Appreciate your reply, but the entrance test has 25 questions per section(PCMB, acc to the sample papers present at their website http://igmlnet.uohyd.ac.in:8000//question-papers.htm) so if I am only supposed to do the phy part then I will be given 1 hour to solve 25 questions, seems unlikely for an objective paper, please cross check and provide info , thank you.
