Yes, you can do masters in archeology from many Central Universities after your ug in some different field, but you need to go through the admission criteria of the desired college/university as some the colleges require you to have studied the subject you appear for pg entrance in your all three years of your ug courses while few allow you to apply for pg courses from different fields.
