In Govind Ballabh Pant Engineering College, Pauri, about 85% of total seats are reserved for state domicile students, and left 15% quota is for other states' students. First you need to appear  and qualify in JEE Mains examination and apply for counselling process of the University for B.E./B.Tech. programmes.

For B.Tech. Biotechnology, apart from qualifying JEE Main, you need to clear GBPIET CEE too.
