Students with a 10+2 graduation from school under a recognized board can apply for BA Drawing and Painting in any college across India that offers this course. The course teaches the various textures and designs that a painting constitutes. admission is based on murit or entrance exams conducted by the college or university. Since the eligibility criteria includes that carried have to pass they are 12th you are eligible for applying. It doesn't matter whether you have a BSc degree.
