Yes according to business rules available on their site, they will refund after deducting 1000 rupees, if you withdraw your seat before the time given in the schedule and if they are claiming for a refund.

Fee refunds for all withdrawals, including those cases, where the admission of a candidate who has paid the academic fee of Rs. 1,12,000/-, is not confirmed because of some deficiencies/inconsistencies in their documents, the academic fee paid by them will be refunded within 10 days after last date of withdrawal
