Unfortunately, no.

There is no alternative to producing an ews certificate. The reason for this is any other certificate can easily be plagiarised or corrupted.

So, yes you will have to produce ews certificate from the designated authority. Do check in your state once again, it could be possible that they have not started it full-fledged since the first ews certificates were issued very recently during JEE mains itself.
