Yes you can wear pants and plain top for neet exam 

As per the set dress code by NTA females should wear light clothes which should not be ful sleeves.You should avoid clothes with embroidery , broaches, buttons,zips etc 

Salwars and trousers are only allowed as well .Try to go with trousers not having a lot of chains and zips .

For footwear females are allowed to wear either slippers or sandals with low heels only. Shoes are not allowed.

Strictly stick to the dress-code set by NTA so as to avoid running into unnecessary problems.

Yes you can wear a pant and a plain top for NEET exam. Make sure that your pant is also simple in looks and has absolutely no metal in the form for chains and all. I'll leave a link here for you to refer to:
