As per NEET 2019 dress code rules
You should wear simple and light coloured clothes.
Half sleeves shirt/tshirt ( light coloured)
Trousers should also be light coloured and there should be no zips, pockets, big buttons and embroidery designs .
So you should wear simple and light coloured clothes.
Shoes are not allowed , you can wear slippers or sandals.
