Be it any category or quota you have to clear your 11th and 12th because for every category/qouta students there is a procedure of submitting 10th and 12th passing certificates along with admission forms. Without that they will be considered in-eligible for pursuing graduation

no sorry you can not join for mbbs if you have not cleared your 11 and 12 th as it is neccesory to clear 11 and 12th . adn you can take admission with any qouta. so first clear your 11 and 12 th all the best have a great future ahead.
